Lord God, heavenly Father, supreme Creator, Ruler of all, we give adoration and gratefulness for your undoubted promise of infinite refuge.

Naught on earth should shake our spiritual peace. Lord, you impart succour, serenity and repose, rooted in faith, hopes and love. In our temporal life there is the condition of rapture and tribulation. Sometimes we fell forlorn, downcast and weary of life. Lord,you want us to feel certain that rapture and tribulations abide in love without restraint and you bestow whichever you ordain. Lord,you want us to know that you keep us protected in distressing and pleasant times alike.

In times of tribulation you want us to abide in your solace, knowing that suffering will pass and be reduced to nothing, but blessedness will last forever for those who are going to be redeemed. May we let the impressions of tribulation speedily go and possess your endless exhalation.
